Dear Paint.net users,
I have been using Paint.net recently, and I am getting the hang of the tools, but I need help with one thing currently. I know how to make an ellipse circle, but I don't know how to fill it. I know I could use the paintbucket, but for this case, it wouldn't work because the circle is going over other things. Could anyone please help me?
