Can any one give a step by step to make wallpapers on paint.net?

Maybe some one can post a link to on of their pictures and can give me steps and tips.Can any one give a step by step to make wallpapers on paint.net?
Sorry but I don't think you can do those sort of thugs on Paint. Net. You probably need Photo shop or something similar
