i have v 3.36 and don't want another program as i love it, but i was just wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to get rid of spots without blurring the picture loads. thankyou :)Getting rid of pimples with paint.net NOT photoshop?
Use the clone tool on smallest setting. Enlarge image with Ctrl + to see what you are doing and replace parts pixel by pixel if need be.
